Por concesión de Mons. Javier del Rio Alba, Arzobispo de la Arquidiócesis de Arequipa, se realizó la Ordenación Diaconal del Seminarista Martín Francisco Gárate Chipa, Religioso de la Congregación del Verbo Encarnado (IVE).
La Misa de Ordenación Diaconal se realizó en la Iglesia Parroquial "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe" (Arequipa) a las 10:30 a.m. y fue presidida por Mons. Mario Busquets Jordá, Obispo de la Prelatura de Chuquibamba-Camaná.
En la Santa Misa, antes mencionada, concelebraron:
- R. P. Pablo Waldmann, Superior Provincial del IVE.
- R.P. José Lochedino, Párroco de la Parroquia "Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe".
- R. P. Franco Helvas, Rector del Seminario "Beato Agustín pro".
- Pbro. José Garvan, Vicario Episcopal de Educación en la Prelatura de Chuquibamba.
y varios sacerdotes más.
Todos damos gracias a Dios por las vocaciones sacerdotales y religiosas del mundo y pedimos que, los llamados por el Señor a esta vocación tan bella, sean fieles a lo que tanto quieren, su vocación.
